As Chief Executive Ben is responsible for the company strategy and continued rapid growth in the UK, North America and across sectors. Prior to joining Oxygen in 2009 as COO Ben spent 15 years in Procurement, Supply Chain and Transformation at companies including Cable & Wireless, Royal Mail, Network Rail and Fujitsu.

Andrew Price
Chief Financial Officer

Andrew’s background includes a number of international senior finance roles with FTSE listed and private equity backed companies in a diverse range of sectors. Andrew has spent the last 18 months setting up the financial functions for Airband Communications, a start-up internet service provider providing high-speed broadband to rural communities not covered by the national providers. Prior to this, the Oxford University graduate was Financial Director at the Rigby Group. Before this role, he was Chief Financial Officer and a founding member of Cuadrilla Resources where he was involved in a wide range of areas within the business including financial management, change management, tax planning, compliance, and corporate governance.

Chief Operating Officer

Clive joined Oxygen in 2011 with responsibility for developing Oxygen’s delivery methodology and all supporting assets. Clive has led the delivery of all of Oxygen’s client implementations. Prior to Oxygen, Clive worked for 14 years at Accenture where he specialised in large scale multi-country Supply Chain and Finance transformations. Since leaving Accenture in 2004 he has held senior management positions at Cable & Wireless, Royal Mail and was a COO & CTO at a Telco start-up. During his career Clive has won numerous industry awards for delivery and solution excellence.

Chief Technology Officer

Rob Parker joined the Oxygen team in 2016 as Development Manager, where he was quickly promoted to Chief Technology Officer. Before Oxygen, Rob spent three years at iForce where he re-platformed a high-availability, high-throughput carrier selection product to enable iForce to become a SAAS provider, whilst growing a technology hub in the midlands. Rob has also Setup a small fin-tech start-up as Technical Director, creating case management products for the reclaim industry. Rob brings to Oxygen his expertise working in several industries delivering high quality and high availability technology solutions, whilst leading teams across four continents to work with clients globally.

EVP & GM Americas

David Roudebush joined Oxygen Finance Americas as its Senior Vice President of Sales for North and South America in November 2012. David is a 25-year Sales and General Management executive with a successful track record delivering innovative go-to-market strategies and explosive revenue production. His past roles included positions as Vice President of Sales and Services for Peregrine Systems (sold to HP), Business Resource Group and Promisec. David also served as COO of Planet Associates. David served in the US Navy for 5-years and brings a career that spans all aspects of discipline, business consulting, sales, marketing and general management.

Simon Whittle
Head of Public Sector Sales

Simon joined Oxygen Finance in January 2015 as an Account Relationship Manager for Oxygen’s existing operational clients. Responsibilities soon expanded to include new client sales and Simon is now Head of UK Public Sector Sales, primarily responsible for growing the company’s UK Local Authority client base.
Prior to joining Oxygen, Simon enjoyed a successful 30 year career with Royal Bank of Scotland. For the majority of this time, he worked in the Investment Banking Division, specialising in foreign exchange and interest rate risk management solutions for clients. His final role was Head of Corporate Sales in the North of England, managing a team providing risk management solutions to the bank’s significant regional corporate client base.

Head Of Programmes

Vicki joined Oxygen in 2012 as a Project Manager who delivered the first client implementation, and now heads up the Service Management function, based in the Manchester office. Vicki has over 15 years’ experience in Purchase to Pay, from working in different industries and as a Consultant for KPMG and PwC. She has been involved in a range of different projects, including ERP implementations, Shared Services set up and business process transformations. Vicki is a qualified accountant, PRINCE2 and a Six Sigma Black Belt.

In her role Vicki is responsible for ensuring the smooth running of client programmes once the solution has been fully implemented. This includes supporting clients to maximise revenue and drive improvement, and managing performance.
