Open Vacancy: Client Success Manager

Oxygen Finance is looking for a Client Success Manager to play a key role in managing and growing relationships with our public sector clients. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your career in client services, working closely with some of the UK’s leading organisations to drive performance, service delivery, and revenue growth.

As a Client Success Manager, you’ll be responsible for managing a portfolio of operational clients, ensuring their needs are met while identifying opportunities for continuous improvement. You’ll be engaging with stakeholders at all levels, delivering regular service reviews, and acting as the voice of the client within Oxygen Finance. Working as part of our Client Services team, you’ll collaborate with experts across Implementation, Programmes, Supplier Engagement, Sales, and Marketing to deliver best-in-class client experience.

We’re looking for someone with outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, at least two years’ experience in client-facing roles, and the ability to work both autonomously and as part of a team. The salary range for this role is £35k – £45k, dependent on experience.

Note: Candidates will be rejected if they do not meet the following criteria:

  • At least 2 years’ experience in a client-facing delivery role (e.g., Customer Success, Project Management, or Account Management)
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with experience engaging stakeholders at Director and Executive levels
  • Ability to work independently while managing multiple client requirements
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint (Intermediate level or above)
  • Commercially astute with strong attention to detail
  • Able to travel to the Birmingham office for 1-2 days per week

 

Desirable but not essential skills:

  • Experience in Local Government
  • Finance and/or Procurement background
  • Knowledge of P2P (Purchase to Pay) processes
  • Project management experience
