Oxygen Finance Strengthens Management Team With Two New Senior Appointments

Oxygen Finance has made two new senior appointments to drive the company’s growth and scale business operations. Former Director of Finance & Commercial Services at Sheffield City Council, Marianne Betts, is appointed as Deputy CEO and Chief Strategy Officer and Sarah Holmes takes the role of CFO.

As CFO at Oxygen Finance, Sarah is responsible for financial planning, compliance and legal, commercial, financial reporting and HR.

Sarah has worked in senior roles across a broad range of sectors with board responsibility for key functions including finance, HR, legal, procurement and estates management. Sarah is HR and legally qualified with specialisms in change management, systems implementation and financial planning.

Deputy CEO and Chief Strategy Officer is a new position which will see Marianne take responsibility for shaping business strategy with an emphasis on product innovation and partnerships.

Commenting on the appointments, Ben Jackson, CEO at Oxygen Finance, said:

The appointments come at the end of a significant year for Oxygen Finance following the IPO of its parent company, TruFin, the acquisition of public sector insight specialists, Porge Research and several significant contract wins including Coventry City Council, Lancashire County Council, Essex County Council, London Borough Councils – Hillingdon and Tower Hamlets, Wakefield and Sefton Councils and New Haven in the US.
